With Easter early it was always going to be Dependant on the weather, we soon realised our cruise to Marlow was out of the question due to bad weather. We made the most of our long weekend which saw snow high winds sun and freezing hail all within the same day!!!                                                Good Friday The Thames Hotel is a privately owned hotel, idyllically situated on the banks of the River Thames on the outskirts of Maidenhead.  We had a meal in the riverside bar. Dont mention the Sausages. Lou and Jess our youngest lady members Possibly our oldest? Saturday night we were going to meet up with some friends from Penton Hook Marina Mick & Debbie. Our destination was the Red Lion in Thorpe Village  for a Boatenders first Karaoke, the girls had been practising all day. Our regular crew were joined by John & Nicola and Del & Julie.  Our dinner was really  first class followed by Karaoke made a really memorable night. Thanks to the Chairman who made an executive decision not to let the landlord pay for our minicabs..... next time please refer to Entertainments Manager.       Who is the flower?   Nice shoes! How big was it? John & Nicola Head of Security had a quiet night Chairmans T Bone Nothing left! Speedys Salmon was splendid Hi Me Julie Bonding Jan looking after refreshments Oh were halfway there Ohh were living on a prayer! Easter Sunday weather still crap all members chilled out on their boats then out to Windsor for Tapas in La Tasca, but location not warm enough for our senior members so we went to Cafe Rouge but the lighting wasnt very good! Another nice meal, with a  great waitress who had a photographic memory. Thats it Easter 2008 over stay tuned for more soon!!!! Dont forget to ask Jan about the Sharks..
